On January 22, 2002, the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) received a written request from Complainant Robert Ferrell to vacate the hearing scheduled for January 23, 2002. The reason cited in the request is that on January 17, 2002, the Complainant resolved the issue with Cavco Industries, L.L.C. in regards to complaint item #8, as set out in the Notice of Hearing dated December 3, 2001. Based on the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED vacating the hearing from the OAH docket and remanding this matter to the Department of Building and Fire Safety with the recommendation that the appeal be dismissed as to all Respondents.
