IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a January 10, 2002 Order of Closing issued by the Registrar of Contractors (“ROC”). The ROC has closed the Citation and Complaint in this matter for the reason that Respondent’s license has been revoked, and no useful purpose would be served by conducting further administrative disciplinary proceedings. Based on the ROC’s Order of Closing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for February 15, 2002, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Director of the ROC for further action.
