IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On January 28, 2002, the Office of Administrative Hearings received from Complainant Crown Technical Services, Inc. a written request to vacate the hearing scheduled for January 29, 2002. The reason cited for the request is that the matter at issue between the parties has been settled. Based on the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED vacating the hearing from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearing, with the recommendation that the Registrar of Contractors not impose any discipline against the license of Respondent IMS Industrial Service, Inc., and dismiss the entire Citation and Complaint issued in Case No. 01-2793 [Office of Administrative Hearings docket No. 01F-2793-ROC].
