IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a stipulated Motion to Vacate Hearing submitted on February 15, 2002. Pursuant to the Motion, the parties have requested that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for February 20, 2002, be vacated and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors in order to afford the parties necessary additional time to work on settlement options. Based on the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED VACATING this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for any further action deemed appropriate.
