Complainant has informed the Registrar of Contractors that she withdraws her complaint because she has been informed that Respondent and its president have each filed for protection under the United States Bankruptcy Code, Respondent filing under Chapter 11 on October 23, 2001 and its president filing under Chapter 13 on October 3, 2001. In view of Complainant’s request and the automatic stay, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on this date be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that it be closed. Done this day, October 25, 2001.
