Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a joint Stipulation to Vacate Hearing and Close Case, submitted by the parties through their respective counsel. The parties request that the hearing in this matter be vacated for the reason that they have resolved this matter between themselves. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for February 11, 2002, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Director of the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the citation and complaint in this matter be closed.
