STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On September 12, 2001, prior to the date set for hearing, Complainant informed the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing that Complainant has determined to withdraw its request for an evidentiary hearing on October 29, 2001, stating, inter alia, that Complainant has decided to accept Respondent’s offer of settlement. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on October 29, 2001 at 9:00 A.M. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Registrar issue an ORDER DISMISSING THE COMPLAINT.
