STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 16, 2001, the Licensee/Respondent and the State’s Assistant Attorney General filed a Stipulation and Motion to Vacate [the] Hearing currently scheduled for August 21, 2001. In support thereof, the parties stipulate that Respondent has entered into a tentative Consent Agreement, the approval thereof awaiting Arizona State Board of Medical Examiners imprimatur. Therefore, the necessity for a hearing as presently scheduled has been obviated. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be vacated from the hearing docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Arizona State Board of Medical Examiners for further consideration and disposition. Set forth this 3rd day of July in the year 2001.
