STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On June 11, 2001, prior to the date set for hearing, Complainant informed the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing that Complainant has determined to withdraw his request for an evidentiary hearing on June 20, 2001, stating, inter alia, that Respondent has “agreed to take care of the items (by appropriate means)” asserted deficient by the complaint. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on June 20, 2001 at 9:00 A.M. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Registrar issue an ORDER DISMISSING THE COMPLAINT.
