On 10 August 2001, prior to the time and date set for hearing in this case, Complainant caused to have filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings a communication indicating Complainant‘s request for an evidentiary hearing was withdrawn, as the issues in dispute had been satisfactorily resolved by Respondent. Therefore, pursuant to AAC R2-19- 111 and good cause appearing IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this case scheduled to convene on 15 August 2001 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Registrar issue an ORDER DISMISSING THE COMPLAINT.
