IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, the parties filed STIPULATED MOTION TO DISMISS HEARING with the Office of Administrative Hearings stating that they had settled their dispute, and effectively requesting that the scheduled hearing be vacated and that the pending administrative action be dismissed. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on August 3, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citation and Complaint in Case Number 01-1527 be dismissed.
