STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 9, 2001, Complainant and Respondent informed the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing that necessity for the August 17, 2001 evidentiary hearing has been obviated. In support thereof, the parties submitted to the Office of Administrative Hearings a copy of a Settlement and Release Agreement wherein and whereby the parties have agreed, inter alia, to resolve the issues underlying complaint No. 01-1526. The agreement was executed by the parties on August 9, 2001. In addition, Complainant has filed a Motion to Dismiss, a copy of which is attached hereto. Wherefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on August 17, 2001 at 9:00 A.M. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Registrar issue an ORDER CLOSING THE COMPLAINT FILE.
