Complainant has informed the Registrar of Contractors that he has sold the 1994 GMC Jimmy that allegedly was damaged by overspray. Although Complainant “took a significant loss in the sale,” he is no longer seeking compensation from Respondents and withdraws his complaints. In view of Complainant’s withdrawal of his complaints against Respondents’ contractor’s licenses, IT IS ORDERED that Complaint Nos. 01-0262 and 01-0263 be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that both be dismissed. The hearing scheduled on January 22-26, 2001 will proceed on the other complaints against Respondents’ licenses based on the alleged overspray. Done this day, December 11, 2000.
