This matter was set for administrative hearing to be held on June 20, 2001 pursuant to the Notice of Hearing issued by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology (Board) on April 27, 2001. The issue noticed for hearing was failure to comply with an executed Consent Agreement. On May 15, 2001, the Board’s representative filed a Motion to Vacate the matter, indicating by attachment that the parties had settled the matter. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar and the matter is remanded to the Board for any further handling. ORDERED and DATED this day, May 16, 2001.
