The Appellant, Double D Tire Corral, has filed a request to vacate the hearing in this matter set for December 28, 2001 due to the resolution of the dispute between it and the Arizona Department of Environmental Qualify. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for December 28, 2001 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for final disposition.
