IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

During the course of scheduling a prehearing conference in this matter, the Office of Administrative Hearings was advised that an informal settlement conference conducted on March 22, 2001, resulted in a resolution of the dispute in this matter. In view of the foregoing, a hearing before this tribunal with the participation of the Underground Storage Tank Technical Appeal Panel is no longer needed. Pursuant to the provisions of A.A.C. R2-19-111, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for April 18, 2001, be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for final disposition.
