STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On March 20, 2001, TOSCO Marketing Company., owner of Circle K Store #1930, informed the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing that it desired to withdraw its previously filed request for a Hearing. TOSCO further indicated that it had resolved its issue(s) that had been raised by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality’s issuance of its “Formal Appeal Determination Letter.” IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be vacated from the April 6, 2001 hearing docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for further disposition. Set forth this 21st day of March in the year 2001.
