IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Allen Matthews of Appellant Matthewsville Excavating and Septic System has informed the Office of Administrative Hearings that, because the parties have resolved their differences, a hearing is no longer necessary. In view of the parties’ settlement, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on April 10, 2001 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this appeal be remanded to the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality with the recommendation that it be dismissed. Done this day, April 3, 2001.
