On December 17, 2001, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a Motion to Vacate the hearing of this matter for the reason that the parties have resolved this matter. Attached to the Motion was copy of Respondents’ withdrawal of its hearing request. Consequently, there is no need for this matter to proceed to hearing. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Arizona Department of Insurance.
