IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a Notice of Settlement and Motion to Vacate Hearing, submitted on January 8, 2002. Pursuant to that Notice, the Arizona Department of Insurance has requested that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for January 9, 2002, be vacated for the reason that the parties have entered into a Consent Order. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance for further action.
