IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is the Arizona Department of Public Safety’s (“Department”) August 15, 2001 request to vacate the hearing in this matter currently scheduled for August 30, 2001. The Department requests that the hearing be vacated for the reason that it has renewed Mr. Vaillancourt’s concealed weapon permit #25235353. (Attached to the Department’s request is a copy of the Department’s August 16, 2001 letter to Mr. Vaillancourt advising him of the Department’s decision.) Mr. Vaillancourt does not object to the Department’s request. Based on the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Director of the Department for further action.
