The hearing in this matter has been set for December 3, 2001. On November 15, 2001, the Assistant Attorney General filed with the Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance a request to find Respondent in default for failing to answer the allegations in the Notice of Hearing. On November 21, 2001, the Director issued an order finding Respondent in default and revoking her license. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated and the case is remanded to the Arizona Department of Insurance.
