At the time previously set for hearing, the parties discussed their dispute off the record. They agreed on the record that the hearing in this matter should be vacated and the dispute remanded back to the Structural Pest Control Commission to allow for consolidation with matters still under investigation and for settlement negotiations. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing and remanding this matter back to the Structural Pest Control Commission, without prejudice to resubmission of the dispute to the Office of Administrative Hearings if either party requests a hearing.
