On February 11, 2002, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Motion to Vacate Hearing from Assistant Attorney General Michael P. Worley, counsel for the Arizona Department of Insurance, requesting that the hearing scheduled in this matter be vacated because the parties have resolved this dispute.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for February 15, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
