IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 1, 2001, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a copy of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order (“Order”) issued in this matter by the Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance. In the Order, the allegations in the Notice of Hearing were deemed admitted, Respondent was ordered to pay restitution, and Respondent’s property and casualty insurance agent’s license was revoked. Consequently, there is no need for this matter to proceed to hearing. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED VACATING this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Arizona Department of Insurance.
