Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate Hearing (the “Request”) submitted on October 4, 2001. Pursuant to the Request, Assistant Attorney General Shelby Cuevas has requested that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for October 30, 2001, be vacated for the reason that the parties have resolved the matter and have agreed upon a Consent Order. (Attached to the Request is a copy of the executed Consent Order.) Based on the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED VACATING this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance.
