On November 2, 2001, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate Hearing from Assistant Attorney General V. Michele Gamez, requesting that the hearing scheduled for October 10, 2001 be vacated because this matter has been settled.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for December 7, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
