On November 26, 2001, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate Hearing from Assistant Attorney General V. Michele Gamez, requesting that the hearing scheduled for December 7, 2001 be vacated because a Consent Order has been entered in this matter.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for December 7, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
