On March 8, 2001, the Office of Administrative hearings received Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order issued in this matter by the Director the Arizona Department of Insurance (“Department”). The Director of the Department found Respondent to be in default for failing to file an Answer to the Notice of Hearing thereby deeming the allegations in the Notice to be admitted. In the Order, the Director revoked Respondent’s insurance licenses , ordered payment of a civil penalty, and vacated the March 19, 2001 hearing. Consequently, there is no need for this matter to proceed. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Department pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111. Done this day, March 9, 2001.
