IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate Hearing submitted by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (the “Department”), through counsel, on July 26, 2001. Pursuant to that Notice, the Department has requested that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for August 1, 2001, be vacated for the reason that the parties have agreed upon a Consent Order being entered in this case. (Attached to the Notice is a copy of the executed Consent Order.) Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Commissioner of the Department for further action.
