IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On February 4, 2002, the Appellant in the above matter effectively requested that the hearing on his appeal from a Turf Paradise Board of Stewards ruling be vacated.

In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on February 22, 2002 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Department of Racing for its further action in Case Number 01A-018-RAC.
