This matter was scheduled for administrative hearing to be held on August 13, 2001, pursuant to the Notice of Hearing issued by the Arizona State Board of Accountancy (Board) on April 16, 2001 and a continuance thereafter. The matter was Continued, to permit the Board to review documentation for continuing professional education requirements. On August 20, 2001, the Board filed its Motion to Vacate the matter, advising that Respondent McElroy had returned his CPA certificate to the Board notifying the Board that he did not wish to renew his certificate. Based on the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED the hearing in this matter is vacated and the matter is remanded to the Board for further handling. ORDERED and DATED this day, August 30, 2001.
