On September 22, 2000, the Board filed its Motion that this matter be vacated from the hearing calendar and be remanded to the Board for final disposition. The Board recites that Registrant Skolnik has cured her continuing professional education deficiencies that were the subject of the underlying Complaint in this matter. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that this matter set for October 10, 2000, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and is remanded to the Board for any further handling.
