Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control, by and through Assistant Attorney General, Marjorie Becklund, filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing. The Motion states that “ the parties have reached a settlement of all issues pertaining to the Complaint.” Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control..
