By correspondence dated April 20, 2001, Appellant Carolyn Doebler requested that the hearing in this matter be vacated for the reason that she will not be able to attend. Ms. Doebler indicated that she is submitting a check for $50.00 to the Capitol Police in payment of the fine on the parking citation at issue. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-entitled matter, scheduled for hearing on May 4, 2001, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Administration, Capitol Police for further action consistent with Ms. Doebler’s payment of the fine.
