By correspondence dated April 25, 2001, the Arizona Department of Administration, Capitol Police (“Capitol Police”), advised the Office of Administrative Hearings that Appellant Mark Ortman has paid the fine on the parking citation at issue in this matter. In light of Mr. Ortman’s payment of the fine, Capitol Police requests that the hearing in this matter be canceled and that this case be closed. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-entitled matter, scheduled for hearing on May 4, 2001, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to Capitol Police for further action consistent with Mr. Ortman’s payment of the fine. Done this day, April 26, 2001.
