This matter was scheduled for hearing to be held on April 2, 2001, pursuant to the Notice of Hearing issued by the Arizona Department of Administration-Capitol Police (ADOA-CP) on February 28, 2001. This matter was scheduled regarding Parking Citation No. 12343. On April 2, 2001, Appellant Gonzalez advised this Tribunal that she wished to cancel the hearing, and that she understood that she would need to submit payment of the citation. On April 2, 2001, no hearing was held in this matter. Based on the foregoing, it is determined that Appellant Gonzalez has dropped her appeal and the amount determined on Parking Citation 12343 is due and payable. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the hearing calendar, and the matter is remanded to ADOA-CP for any further handling.
