On April 4, 2001, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Cancellation Request from the Arizona Department of Administration, Capitol Police, requesting that the hearing in this matter be canceled because Ms. Garza had paid her fine.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for April 6, 2001, at 10:30 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
