The hearing of this matter convened on April 13, 2001 at approximately 10:30 a.m. Capitol Police Officer Mario Trevizo (“Officer Trevizo”) appeared on behalf of the Capitol Police, Department of Administration. Appellant Joanne Ramos appeared on her own behalf. At the outset of the hearing, Officer Trevizo made a motion to dismiss the instant citation issued to Ms. Ramos. Based upon the above, IT IS ORDERED that no penalty be imposed against Appellant and that citation no. 12039 be dismissed.
