IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On a date prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, the Arizona Department of Administration informed the Office of Administrative Hearing that the Appellant has paid the fine in the above matter and the issue in now moot.

In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on February 6, 2001 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Department of Administration with the recommendation that the entire Complaint in Case Number 01-12000-CPP be closed.
