IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter is presently scheduled for administrative hearing on September 15th, 2000, at Yuma, Arizona. On August 24th, 2000, the complainants filed in the Office of Administrative Hearings a request to cancel, taken as a motion to vacate, the administrative hearing. Complainant states that they have sold the house the construction of which is the subject of this hearing. No opposition to the motion was filed by the respondent. A.A.C. R2-19-111.4. provides that an administrative law judge shall vacate a calendared hearing and return the matter to the agency for further action in a case such as this to further administrative convenience, expedition and economy. No prejudice to either party will result by doing so. Wherefore, it is hereby ordered that the administrative hearing of this matter, presently scheduled to convene in Yuma, Arizona, on September 15th, 2000, is vacated, and this matter is returned to the Registrar of Contractors with a recommendation for closure in a manner to be determined by the Registrar. Done this day, September 6th, 2000.
