IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 6, 2000, one day prior to the date of the scheduled consolidated hearing of these matters, the parties filed a joint Stipulation to Dismiss Without Prejudice and Vacate Hearing. Whereupon in consideration of the parties’ joint stipulation, and after a review of the files herein, with good cause appearing, the above- entitled cases are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that these Citations, together with the Complaints upon which they are based, shall be dismissed without prejudice.
