Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, The Respondent filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, enclosing a signed settlement agreement and indicating that this matter had been resolved. The parties requested that the hearing for this matter be vacated. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that this Citation, together with the Complaint upon which it is based, be closed.
