Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, the Complainant filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, indicating that this matter had been resolved and canceling his request for a hearing. The Respondent was given an opportunity to respond thereto. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that this Citation, together with the Complaint upon which it is based, be dismissed.
