IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the scheduled hearing date, the parties confirmed that they had concluded a settlement agreement and delivered a copy of the settlement agreement to this office via facsimile transmission. The parties further avowed that as a direct result of said settlement agreement the scheduled hearing in this matter should be vacated. The parties agreed to request that Citation No. S00-0027 be dismissed with prejudice. In view of the foregoing and sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on June 15, 2000 be, and hereby is, vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for closure in a manner to be determined by the Registrar of Contractors.
