IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The State of Arizona, through counsel, has filed a written request to vacate the scheduled hearing and to remand this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for consolidating Plaintiff’s additional claim for damages against Dean Fence Co., the holder of License Number 035885. Counsel avows that the Plaintiff agrees with the request. Pursuant to the provisions of A.A.C. R2-19-111, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for May 7, 2001, at 1:30 p.m. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
