Prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, legal counsel for the Complainant, Registrar of Contractors, filed written confirmation that the Respondent’s licensed entity has filed bankruptcy and requested that the scheduled hearing be vacated and that the case be dismissed without prejudice, thereby terminating this administrative action.

In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on March 14, 2000 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that all Citations and Complaints enumerated in the above case caption be dismissed without prejudice.
