IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Complainants have informed the Registrar of Contractors that, because the parties have resolved their differences, a hearing is no longer necessary. In view of the parties’ settlement, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on March 13, 2001 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that it be closed. Done this day, February 26, 2001.
