The Complainant, through counsel, has filed a request to vacate the scheduled hearing in this matter due to the parties resolving their dispute. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to A.A.C. R2-9- 111, that the hearing set for March 26, 2001, be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for final disposition.
