Prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, Complainants filed written confirmation that all matters presently in issue between the parties have been resolved, also expressly requesting to terminate their complaint, apparently also seeking to vacate the scheduled hearing and to close this pending administrative action. In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on September 12, 2000 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citation and Complaint in Case Number M00-1271 be closed.
